Apex Industrial Automation offers the following Returns Policy:

Any product you wish to return, must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and be in its original carton, crate, or box. Any item returned without a RMA or in an unapproved container will not be issued a credit. All returns must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase and are subject to 15%-30% restocking charge. All materials must be returned "prepaid". Electrical products being returned must be in "new" condition, and not used. Any electric motors being returned with set screw marks on the shaft will not be credited, as we can no longer sell them as new products. Any products that have been modified in anyway may not be returned. (Modified means, but not limited to, cutting the shaft, shortening or cutting the wires or plug, cutting thru bolts, etc.).

If the motor fails due to manufacturing error, we will replace motor with no restocking fee. All motors have a 1 year warranty.
